T&T will host the Miss India Worldwide in October, with contestants from more than 30 countries expected to participate.
The 2026 edition will be coordinated locally by National Director Neha Karina-Meena and Umesh Meena, whom organizers credited for their support in bringing the pageant to the Caribbean.
Speaking at yesterday’s median launch, Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, Dr Colin Neil Gosine, said the events give a space to showcase T&T’s culture, diversity, creativity and hospitality to an international audience.
Mrs Meena is also called on the public to support the events, which are expected to bring thousands of visitors and provide a boost to tourism.
Preliminary rounds are set for September, with the international pageants taking place at NAPA in October.
