The Police Complaints Authority has referred four more matters involving police officers to the Police Commissioner for possible disciplinary action.
The cases include allegations of assault, firearm misuse and intimidation, as well as failures to properly investigate complaints.
In one case, a sergeant allegedly assaulted a man at a police station, with a medical report documenting head injuries.
Another officer was accused of misusing his firearm during a dispute.
The PCA also cited a traffic investigation delayed by nine months and a failure to properly record a report of threats to shoot.
These follow four previous matters cited by the PCA on Monday for similar offences.
The referrals form part of several investigations concluded by the PCA between April and June 2026.
