The TTPS has renewed two renewal MOUs with the University of the West Indies and the University of the Southern Caribbean.
These are aimed at further strengthening collaboration in the areas of education, professional development, capacity building, research, and innovation.
A signing ceremony was hosted at the Office of the Principal at the UWI St. Augustine Campus on Tuesday.
During this time, Deputy Police Commissioner Junior Benjamin highlighted the opportunities created for students, as well as the benefits for the TTPS in terms of contemporary academic knowledge, research methodologies, innovative approaches and international best practices.
