A 20-year-old man is expected to appear before a Master of the High Court today, charged with the murders of his mother and teenage sister.
The T&T Express reported that the suspect was charged yesterday following consultations with the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Doubles vendor, 49-old Rosanna Ramlal, and her 17-year-old daughter, Alina, were found dead at their Malick, Barataria home on October 16th, after a fire was reported.
Post-mortem examinations revealed both victims had been shot in the head before the fire was started.
