NGC Green is denying allegations that it owes each CNG Operator/Dealer over $450,000 in outstanding reimbursements for industrial electricity rates.
In a statement, the company says the claim is outlined in a notice posted unlawfully on its CNG dispenser at the Carrousel Service Station at Naparima Mayaro Road in San Fernando.
NGC Green says this claim is “false, libelous, inaccurate, untruthful and misleading”, as it does not currently owe any “CNG Operator/Dealer” that amount.
It adds that legal advice has been sought to protect its reputation and that of employees who were unfortunately identified in the said notice.
