Six killed in latest US strikes in Caribbean waters

Two persons have been killed in the latest US strikes in Caribbean waters.

In a post on X, the US Southern Command said the operation on June 21st targeted a vessel believed to be operated by designated terrorist organisations and involved in narcotics trafficking.

Officials reported that six others survived the incident.

According to the US Naval Institute, as of June 1st, 200 people have been killed in 62 strikes, since operations began in early September 2025.
