The ExxonMobil Guyana Global Super League (GSL) is set to return for its fourth edition from June 24 to July 3, 2027, at the Guyana National Stadium in Providence.
The tournament will feature five top T20 franchise teams from around the world competing for a US$1 million prize pool over ten days of cricket action.
The announcement follows a successful 2026 edition, which saw the Guyana Amazon Warriors defeat the San Francisco Unicorns in a closely contested final before a sold-out crowd at Providence.
Chairman of the Global Super League, Sir Clive Lloyd, expressed pride in the tournament’s continued growth, noting that it has established itself as a major international club cricket competition.
“It gives me immense pride to announce the dates for our fourth edition. The GSL has established itself as a truly global club competition, showcasing outstanding talent and attracting tremendous support at home and abroad, with teams from all over the world eager to take part,” Lloyd said.
He added that the packed stadium during the 2026 final demonstrated Guyana’s passion for cricket and the growing strength of the competition.
Lloyd said the GSL remains committed to promoting excellence, creating opportunities for players and bringing cricket fans around the world together.
The 2027 tournament is expected to deliver another series of competitive matches while further strengthening Guyana’s position as a destination for international cricket.
Organisers say details on participating teams, match fixtures and ticket sales will be announced in the coming weeks.
