A San Fernando man has been charged with the murder of a 50-year-old street dweller, who died in hospital after being found injured in the city on August 29th.
Inshan Jumrattee, also known as ‘Ponytail’, appeared before a Master of the High Court yesterday, after he was charged on October 7th, following advice from the Office of the DPP.
The victim, Brandon Balcombe, was found bleeding along Brown Street, near Cipero Street, and was taken to the San Fernando General Hospital, where he died later that night.
The matter was postponed to March 4th, 2027, for a status hearing.
