US Deputy State Secretary Christopher Landau is in T&T for a three-day visit, from August 9th – 12th.
According to a release from the US State Department, he will meet with the Prime Minister for talks on energy, security and economic cooperation.
Discussions will also focus on strengthening relations and advancing shared priorities.
Following the T&T visit, Mr Landau will travel to Guyana, where he is scheduled to meet President Irfaan Ali and other Government officials.
Talks are expected to be held on enhancing collaboration in strategic sectors, including energy and critical minerals.
