Three men have been detained following the recovery of a firearm yesterday, which is believed to have been stolen from the San Fernando Municipal Police Station in April.
During a police search in St. James yesterday, officers recovered a black firearm resembling an M&P9 pistol with a defaced serial number, loaded with four bullets.
The three suspects were detained under the Emergency Powers Regulations, while investigations are ongoing.
