The Siparia Borough Corporation is inviting the public to take part in its 3rd Anniversary Borough Celebrations, which will run from June 1st to June 27th, 2026.
The month-long celebration will feature a range of cultural showcases, community activities, local performances and civic engagement events.
It says these are intended to showcase the cultural richness of the Borough, while sharing the stories and traditions of the people of Siparia with a wider audience.
Events planned throughout the month include a Burnout event, Kids Party, Boxing Match, Car Show, J’ouvert celebrations, a Pageant, Pavement Lime and several other entertainment and community-based activities.
The celebrations officially begin on Monday June 1st with an Interfaith Service, and address by Mayor Doodnath Mayrhoo.
