Police say key piece of information is still pending in the investigation, into the fatal jet ski incident that killed seven-year-old Angelica Jogie at Pigeon Point in Tobago.
According to a Guardian Media report, a senior police official said investigators have consulted the DPP and are awaiting the information, before deciding on the next steps in the case.
The child was killed on April 8th, following which the operator was held and later released pending inquiries.
