The New York trial for ousted Venezuelan president Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores, is scheduled to begin on June 1st 2027.
New York judge Alvin Hellerstein has also scheduled a pre-trial hearing for November 17th 2026 to hear motions from both parties.
US forces seized Mr Maduro and Ms Flores from their compound in the Venezuelan capital, Caracas,during a night-time raid on January 3rd.
They were brought them to New York to face allegations of weapon and drug offences, which they deny.
