Meanwhile on the matter of cooper theft, Superintendent Lystra Bridgelal said one person has so far been held, with other arrests possibly imminent.
Instances of copper theft led to disruptions in WASA and T&TEC services in recent months.
It also prompted a one year ban on the export of copper, save for licensed manufacturers under strict conditions.
