A total of 10 persons are now in custody in connection with the recent murder and firearms theft at the San Fernando Municipal Police Station.
The TTPS says a series of targeted and strategic operations were conducted in Claxton Bay district, between Sunday and today.
During one such operation, officers intercepted a Kia K2700, with three male occupants.
In the vehicle they found 13 firearms, 12 magazines, 288 rounds of 9mm ammunition and ten 12 gauge cartridges.
This latest find comes after the seizure of 30 firearms and 612 rounds of 9mm ammunition and the arrest of seven suspects yesterday.
A total of 43 firearms and over 900 rounds of assorted ammunition have now been successfully recovered.
