Taran Gallai, the 77-year-old pensioner reported missing since yesterday, has been found alive.
103.1FM News understands Gallai returned home around midday today and is currently being questioned by police.
His car was found burnt in Claxton Bay by officers of the St Margaret’s Police Station early this morning.
Reports indicate Gallai was allegedly abducted by two persons while returning home from his business place in Couva yesterday.
He was released in Marabella and reportedly paid a taxi driver to take him home.
Investigations are currently ongoing into how more $150,000 was withdrawn from or spent from his account during the time of his disappearance.
