Several persons remain at large after abandoning their boat in Chatham.
The T&T Coast Guard says the vessel was beached, with its occupants, believed to be foreign nationals, fleeing into the surrounding forested area.
Ut adds that while a search of the area was conducted, no one was found.
The vessel contained an assortment of food items, clothing and livestock.
These have since been handed over to the relevant authorities for further investigations.
