Government is moving to modernise Trinidad and Tobagoβs development approval process.
Minister of Land and Legal Affairs Saddam Hosein on Wednesday led a multi-ministerial meeting aimed at improving efficiency and boosting the ease of doing business.
Officials from key agencies discussed strategies to ensure all statutory approvals are completed within 45 days.
The initiative will streamline systems through the DevelopTT platform, while reducing long-standing bureaucratic delays.
Minister Hosein says the goal is a more transparent, reliable process to support national development and help citizens and investors move projects forward more quickly.
