Opposition Chief Whip Marvin Gonzales questioned the appointment of a UNC councillor as the CEO of the National Maintenance, Training and Security Company (MTS).
He alleges that the new MTS CEO was only days before the Advisor in the Ministry of Public Utilities and a serving political figure.
The Opposition Chief Whip says there is no evidence that the CEO position was publicly advertised and demanded proof of a fair and competitive recruitment process.
