Batting first at Lord’s England made 186/7, with Danni Wyatt-Hodge scoring 65 and Heather Knight adding 43.
Guyanese spinner Ashmini Munisar grabbed 2/42.
The West Indies however failed to kickstart their reply, save a late knock of 51* by Chinelle Henry.
They could only manage 148/5 in their 20 overs.
England now hold the top spot outright with 4 wins in as many matches, while the Windies remain second with 3 from 4.
Their last group stage match is against Ireland on Saturday.
