The communications tower at Flagstaff in Charlotteville, Tobago has been damaged.
According to the Office of the Chief Secretary, this occurrence yesterday resulted in utility and communication outages within the surrounding areas.
The Tobago Emergency Management Agency was dispatched to determine the extent of the damage and its impact.
