The body of 17-year-old Isiah Estrada of Brazil Village, Arima has been recovered following a suspected drowning at the Marianne River Gorge in Brasso Seco.
Vallence Rambharat of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team said the teenager was bathing with a friend at the time of the incident.
He received a distress call yesterday afternoon, following which search operations began around 10PM.
The body was recovered early this morning, under a rocky area, in about 17 feet of water, using specialized equipment.
