Three security officers, who appeared before a San Fernando High Court Master on charges of home invasion and malicious damage, have each been granted $200,000 bail.
Naresh Joseph, Ricardo Baptiste, and Renando Baptiste are accused in connection with an April 20th incident, involving a 42-year-old man, allegedly confronted at his San Fernando home after a bar dispute.
It is believed that the men went to the victim’s home, damaged property, entered the house, and a scuffle ensued, during which one suspect, a Firearm User’s Licence holder, was armed and allegedly made threats to kill.
All three are scheduled to return to court for a sufficiency hearing.
