Two juveniles are among four persons held in connection with a home invasion in Wallerfield.
A 28-year-old Venezuelan woman was outside her home on Demerara Road shortly after 11am yesterday, when she observed four men approaching through nearby bushes.
She ran inside and secured the house, however the suspects broke down the front door and announced a robbery.
They stole a quantity of jewellery and cash before escaping through nearby bushes.
An intelligence-led operation was subsequently launched in Pinto, during which time the suspects were held and a shotgun seized.
