A Tropical Depression could soon form over the Central Atlantic.
The National Hurricane Centre says the active tropical wave is currently moving west to west north-west.
Environmental conditions are expected to be conducive for development in the next couple of days, with an 80% chance of formation through 48 hours.
The T&T Met Service says this system is expected to cross the eastern Caribbean islands over the coming weekend, however there are currently no watches or warnings in place for T&T.
Meanwhile, further to the east, there is another tropical wave that is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
Development is also expected over the next couple of days as this system moves to the west or west-northwest.
Finally, Tropical Storm Cristobal has formed in the northern Atlantic.
Maximum sustained winds are near 75 km/h, however slow weakening is forecast, with Cristobal expected to dissipate on Thursday.
