Trinidad and Tobago basketballer Malique Lewis has been selected by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2026 NBA Draft.
The San Fernando native was the 60th overall pick.
According to SporTT, Lewis spent the last season at the National Basketball League in Australia with the South East Melbourne Pheonix, averaging 7.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.1 steals per game.
He is now just the 13th Australian Basketball League player to be drafted directly into the NBA.
The Bucks acquired the draft rights to Lewis from the Washington Wizards as part of a three-team trade.
