A 45-year-old Tobago man was granted $18,000 bail after appearing in the High Court charged with robbery.
Anderson Smart of Bon Accord, stood before Master Shabaana Shah, who offered an alternative to pay $7,000 and report to Crown Point Police Station once a week.
He was also ordered to stay 100 feet away from and have no contact with the victim.
The matter was adjourned to May 14th 2026.
The charge stems from an incident on April 18th 2026, in which a male victim was accosted in Bon Accord and robbed of a quantity of valuables.
