From Friday, changes will be implemented to the boarding process on the T&T Inter-Island Ferry Service, aimed at creating a more structured and efficient experience.
Beginning May 1st, boarding passes will be scanned before entry to the secured departure lounge and again before boarding the vessel.
Staff will be available throughout both terminals to assist passengers through the process.
The updates are intended to improve efficiency while maintaining a familiar travel experience.
