Team T&T earned gold and set a record in the Men’s 4×100m Freestyle Relay at the CAC Games currently taking place in Santo Domingo.
Liam Carrington, Dylan Carter, Zarek Wilson and Nikoli Blackman finished with a time of 3:16.91, setting both a new National Record, as well as a CAC Games Record for this event.
Staying with CAC action, T&T’s Kwesi Browne flew through the track to capture gold in the Men’s Keirin.
Also in cycling, Teniel Campbell and Alexi Costa made their mark to being home Bronze in the Women’s Madison.
Finally, Nicholas Paul, Njisane Phillip and Zion Pulido have secured T&T’s first cycling medal at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, currently taking place in Glasgow, Scotland.
The trio claimed bronze in the Men’s Team Sprint.
