A 54-year-old man is in custody as police investigate allegations of sexual assault, robbery, false imprisonment, and assault.
On February 27th 2026, a 34-year-old woman went to the suspectโs home in San Fernando to collect money owed.
She claims the suspect prevented her from leaving and unlawfully took personal property, including cash and identification documents.
She also alleges that between March 1st and May 6th 2026, she was sexually assaulted by the suspect.
On May 6th 2026, police officers on mobile patrol found the woman in distress along a roadway in San Fernando.
Investigations are continuing and police are urging anyone with any information on this case to come forward.
