Seven people have been arrested following a deadly stampede at the Laferrière Citadel in northern Haiti.
Authorities say at least 25 people were killed during a crowded cultural event at the historic site over the weekend.
Those detained include five police officers and two officials from the National Heritage Preservation Institute.
Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé has announced three days of national mourning, as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
