Four matters have been referred to the Police Commissioner for consideration of disciplinary action, following investigations into alleged police misconduct.

The T&T Express reported that the director of the Police Complaints Authority, Director David West said most of the referrals involve alleged neglect of duty.

The cases include concerns over police investigations into assaults and a sexual offence involving a minor, as well as officers entering and searching the wrong premises.

The PCA says the matters were investigated between April and June 2026.
