Opposition Leader Penelope Beckles-Robinson has criticized the Government’s response to the situation in Venezuela following the deadly earthquakes.
Speaking during a PNM media briefing this morning, she called for stronger diplomatic leadership during this time.
Mrs Beckles-Robinson noted that while the Government says it stands ready to assist if requested, other regional leaders have already made direct offers of support.
