Melvin Daniel has been appointed Chairman of the Essential Services Division of the Industrial Court.
He brings over eleven years of experience at the Court and more than 30 years in the legal field.
Meanwhile, Adrian Darmanie and Ashti Sookhan have been appointed as Members of the General Services Division.
Mr Darmanie has over 34 years of experience, including senior roles in the Magistracy, while Ms Sookhan previously served as a Legal Officer in the Ministry of Labour.
The Court says the appointments are now in effect.
