Tertiary Education Minister Professor Prakash Persad says there are opportunities available to those receiving their CAPE and CESC results.
Preliminary exam results were released online by CXC at midday.
In a message, Professor Persad says the results are not the end, but the beginning of another stage in their educational and professional development.
He is now encouraging students to explore the range of pathways available through skills training programmes and tertiary-level institutions, based on their interests, abilities and career aspirations.
He also pointed to the GATE programme, saying it remains available to eligible students, along with a number of other bursaries and scholarships.
