Lewis slammed 115 off 51 balls, the first hundred of the tournament, to power Central Sports to 241 for 6 in 20 overs.
Central Sports then restricted Prisons Service to 154 for 7 with Zackurrie Rahhoonath scoring 72 off 48 balls.
West Indies U19 pacer Aadian Racha was the pick of the bowlers, taking 3 for 26 in his four overs.
In the opening game of the tournament, defending champions QPCC defeated Preysal Sports by 30 runs.
Andre Fletcher struck 52 off 27 balls, while Vasant Singh took 3 for 11 in his four overs.
