Star Sabga will have to wait until next week to find out if she will be granted interim release.
According to a Guardian Media report, Sabga’s application for interim release came up for hearing today, however the State requested more time to respond to the lengthy affidavit filed in support of the application.
Justice Vigel Paul will now hear submissions on Monday afternoon.
It comes even as Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander yesterday lifted the preventive detention orders issued against Dominic and Genevieve Hadeed.
The PDO against the 70-year-old Sabga remains in place.
