A High Court Judge has ordered the immediate release of Star Sabga.
According to a reports, the ruling calls for the 69-year-old to be placed under strict house arrest pending the hearing of a legal challenge against the Preventive Detention Order issued against her.
However, it has been stayed until 11:20pm tonight, after attorneys for the State requested time to seek an appeal.
Sabga, is the aunt of Genevieve Hadeed who was recently released from custody, along with her husband Dominic Hadeed.
All three were held just a day apart, however the state recently decided to revoke the PDOs issued against the Hadeeds.
