Ronald Huggins, a former PNM senator and party PRO, has been appointed managing director of the Housing Development Corporation.
The HDC says Huggins brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in real estate, business and strategic management.
Minister in the Ministry of Housing Phillip Alexander said Mr Huggins’ previous political affiliation was not a factor in the appointment, adding that his ability to help deliver the Government’s housing targets is what matters.
