The Blue Wave Harmony will be temporarily replaced by the Golden Carrier on the inter-island cargo sea bridge, while it undergoes scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
NIDCO says the change will take place under the existing charter agreement, with no increase or additional cost.
The Company says the Golden Carrier has a similar cargo capacity and meets the requirements for the service.
The vessel will begin loaded sea trials on July 26th.
