Today, the MV Galleons Passage arrived at the International Port of La Guaira, Venezuela.
Onboard was the first shipment of relief supplies from the Government of Trinidad and Tobago.
The arrival was overseen by Dayne-Marc Chin Slick, Chargé d’Affaires and Consul of the T&T Embassy in Caracas.
Meanwhile, ANSA McAL has donated two pieces of heavy equipment to support ongoing humanitarian and recovery efforts in Venezuela.
In a release issued yesterday, the company said the backhoe loader and skid steer loader were supplied through ANSA Motors Guyana and valued at $846,574.
