The Education Ministry has rolled out AI-enhanced learning materials for Form One and Form Two students in six subject areas for the new academic year.
It will feature e-books, video simulations and an interactive learning assistant avatar for six subject areas, including Mathematics, English Language Arts, Social Sciences, ICT, Spanish and Integrated Sciences.
At today’s launch, Education Minister Dr Michael Dowlath said a key component of the initiative is an AI-avatar designed to support students with learning and revision.
Dr Dowlath emphasized that the technology is not a replacement for teachers.
Dr Dowlath commended the 66 teachers who reviewed and validated the resources, including six lead teachers and subject specialists.
