As the Education Ministry continues efforts to assess school needs across the country, Dr Michael Dowlath visited several schools in Carapichaima this morning.
He was joined by Works Minister Jearlean John, as the group toured Carapichaima East and West Secondary Schools, Carapichaima Anglican Primary and the Waterloo ECCE Centre.
They met with school administrators to discuss infrastructure, furniture, staffing and other resources needed to support students and teachers.
The Ministry says the visits are helping to identify challenges and inform decisions aimed at improving school environments.
