Education Minister Dr Michael Dowlath is meeting with the Guidance and Counselling Unit of the Student Support Services Division, to discuss the future of student support in schools.
The Ministry says a strong education system extends beyond academics and must ensure students feel safe to learn, grow and express themselves positively.
Today’s discussions focus on strengthening guidance services, psychosocial support and nurturing school environments.
The engagement also allows professionals who work closely with students to share insights and identify priorities.
