Distribution of payments under the 2026 School Supplies and Book Grant Initiative will begin tomorrow, September 2nd 2026.
The Education Ministry says final verification checks have been completed, with the programme now transitioning to the disbursement phase.
Successful applicants will receive an email confirming that their application has been approved, with further correspondence to be issued once payments have been deposited into the relevant bank accounts.
The Ministry says it is engaging financial institutions to facilitate the timely crediting of payments.
Meanwhile, those receiving payment by cheque will receive a subsequent email advising them of collection arrangements.
Collection will be available at Education District Offices nationwide between the hours of 9am and 3pm.
