East Zone Cricket Council official and coach St Servius Clint Pamphille says he is no longer part of the ongoing legal appeal involving the Trinidad and Tobago Cricket Board.
Pamphille says he was never consulted about continuing the appeal against a 2016 High Court ruling that awarded costs to the TTCB.
“I want to make clear that I am no longer a party to the appeal against the High Court decision to award costs to the TTCB in the matter filed in October 2016,” Pamphille stated.
“I was never consulted on the matter or indicated that I wish to participate in furthering the appeal of the judgement.”
He says he cannot recall signing any documents or receiving updates on the matter and only learned of the proceedings from third parties.
“Hence, I totally disassociate myself from the ongoing legal matter which is being pursued,” he stated.
