Four men have reportedly been denied bail, after appearing in court on charges stemming from a $204 million cocaine haul.
The drugs were found on board a vessel intercepted by the T&T Coast Guard last Monday in the Gulf of Paria.
A Guardian Media report says drug trafficking charges were subsequently laid against 35-year-old Jomel Jogie, 38-year-old Nicholas Dowell, 24-year-old Jordan Sutherland, and 27-year-old Yorwuin Guerra who is a Venezuelan national.
All appeared in the High Court last Friday and were remanded into custody.
They are scheduled to reappear on December 15th.
