WASA’s management has been instructed to meet today with PSA President Felisha Thomas, to continue negotiations.
The directive came from Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath, who said “PSA continues to be a valued partner with the Government. Negotiations will continue today in good faith.”
PSA President Felisha Thomas has reportedly welcomed the intervention and reaffirmed the union’s commitment to meaningful engagement.
She added that the PSA remains committed to resolving outstanding issues affecting its members, particularly as workers continue to operate on 2013 salary levels.
