A Venezuelan woman is missing following another boating incident in South Trinidad.

According to Hunters Search and Rescue Team led by Vallence Rambharat, a pirpgue left Erin around 6am yesterday, allegedly carrying a quantity of copper and three persons on board.

The captain, a Venezuelan national, was able to swim to shore at Constance Beach.

He informed residents that he left two other Venezuelans, a man and a woman, clinging to a fuel tank.

He then left.

Cedros police were later alerted to a body that washed ashore in Icacos yesterday afternoon.
