Thousands of students could begin receiving School Supplies and Book Grant payments from next Wednesday.
This as the Education Ministry moves closer to completing verification of nearly 46,000 applications.
About 10,000 applications are expected to be verified by tomorrow, with the remaining applications targeted for completion by September 2nd.
Priority is being given to the most vulnerable applicants, including families with children with special needs and persons receiving government assistance.
Parents and guardians can track their application status through the Ministry’s online Book Grant portal.
